Putting the customer at the centre

Neil emphasised the importance of putting the customer at the centre of marketing and client experience strategies. At this year’s London TSAM conference, Neil will be moderating this topic through a panel discussion and a fireside chat.

Panel: The future of interaction

The future of interaction panel discussion will be cantered around how organisations can meet the expectations of digitally engaged clients. Through personalisation and the strategic use of digital media, companies aim to provide exceptional customer experiences. The panel will include esteemed speakers, including Leo Deng from JMC Capital Management, Simon Hildrey from Liontrust Asset Management, and Emily Askham from Natixis Asset Management, who will contribute their insights to the discussion.

Fireside Chat: Why analytic metrics matter

Data has traditionally played a vital role in decision-making within investment management, yet its relevance to marketing and specifically digital user metrics is often overlooked. Ross Duncton from Columbia Threadneedle Investments and Sarah Gibb-Cohen from Vanguard will join the conversation, sharing their perspectives on why these metrics are crucial.

Accelerating outcomes with integrated Platforms:

Patrick will lead the discussion on the benefits of integrated marketing platforms. The topic, titled “Accelerating Outcomes,” delves into how such platforms can eliminate inconsistencies within marketing teams and improve overall efficiency. Kassie Siwo-Gasa from Legal and General, Neville Vyas from Impacts, and Sanchari Roy from Allianz Global Investors will join Patrick in exploring this subject, sharing their experiences and insights from the industry.

Roundtable: Future of client reporting

Patrick will also host a roundtable around the future of client reporting after lunch on the first day. While client reporting has not really changed very much in the last 20 years, Pat and his team expect major strides in the next 10. Much of this change will be enabled by technology and other exciting advancements.

Transparency: Key for client retention

Kurtosys will also be chairing a session focused on transparency, how it is key for client retention and how creating a consistent client reporting strategy can ensure investor satisfaction.

Fireside chat: Revamping client experiences

Anneliese was asked how marketing and regulatory compliance intersect in the investment management industry. Initially seen as siloed functions, the centralisation of data has allowed for the merging of both for better efficiency within the industry and for the client. Kurtosys will be hosting a fireside chat titled: Revamping client experiences which will be focused on how individuals can be engaged through transparency.

How sales teams can leverage digital resources to help them perform

We’re also looking forward to a panel discussion with Sima Patel from Janus Henderson, Hilda Tingle from BNP Paribas and Stewart Conway from Columbia Threadneedle Investments on how sales teams can leverage digital resources to position themselves for success. We expect the discussion to touch on changing needs and trends without purchasing new technology, growth around short form content and the importance of data visualisation.

AI (Artificial Intelligence) provided opportunities for marketers

The focus of this fireside chat with Hazel Pitchers from Merakiting and Tom Hughes from J O Hambro will be cantered around brand loyalty, and how AI can help marketers enhance everyday activities to improve client retention.
