The updates made to the 30 April 2024 Support Promise are: 

 

  • Revised the Change Request procedure to guarantee that clients will receive feedback on the Level of Effort within 10 business days. This will help better manage client expectations and provide clients with the relevant information to make informed decisions.

  • Elaborated on the section that describes the Incident Reports and its components, which addresses several recent client queries.

  • Expanded the scope of the monthly report to include a 6-month ticket trend analysis and SLA overview, which we believe will add greater transparency for our clients.
