  • Accessibility: Search
    The screen reader now accurately announces the number of search results after a search is performed and correctly updates the Results Status element when the search term is cleared. This ensures visually impaired users receive accurate feedback and do not hear outdated information.

  • Charting: Bi-axial Interval Mapping
    • Charts now support translated values in the legend payload, ensuring that the legend colors accurately reflect the conditional bar fill colors and the values are translated according to the specified culture. This update improves the visual accuracy and user experience for different locales.
      • Affected Apps: Area Chart, Bar Chart, Line Chart, & Scatter Chart
    • The charts now translate the legend payload values according to the specified culture, ensuring that the legend colors accurately reflect the conditional bar fill colors. This update enhances the user experience by providing correctly translated values in the legend.

  • Security: Patch Management
    We have removed the dependency on unpkg and now serve all vendor files from the kurtosys.app domain or through client proxies. This update ensures that vendor files are consistently available and improves the reliability of our applications.
Authentication
  • The password reset process now requires users to log in again with MFA verification after resetting their password, ensuring that the session is not automatically created. Additionally, the confirmation email sent after a password reset no longer contains a direct login link, enhancing security against unauthorized access.
Awards
  • We have successfully migrated all changes from v2 ksys-app-awards to v4 in the studio-apps repo. This update ensures that all build and development scripts complete successfully, and the app functions as expected without any changes.
Finder
  • We have implemented auto-generated documentation for analytics events for the finder app, now available in Storybook. This includes a master analytics page detailing events across apps and app-specific documentation pages, ensuring comprehensive and up-to-date analytics information for each application.
Tabs
  • The tab headers in the Tabs App now display in a dropdown menu on mobile devices, making it easier to navigate between tabs without cluttering the interface. The dropdown menu also shows the active tab by default, ensuring users can quickly identify the current tab.

Bug Fixes


Document Explorer
  • We resolved an issue in the Doc Explorer app where deselecting a dropdown filter caused the app to break and report a console error. This fix ensures that the app functions correctly when filters are applied and removed, maintaining stability and reliability.
Document Render
  • The Performance Report download now generates consistent footnotes each time, ensuring that the footnote numbering matches that of the Fund Centre. This update resolves the issue of inconsistent footnote numbering, providing a reliable and accurate report download experience.
  • The document render app now subscribes to embedded apps' events to ensure they are fully loaded before calculating page sizes and splitting them. This update guarantees that PDFs are generated with all apps rendered and evenly split across the pages, providing a seamless and accurate document rendering experience.
Global Search
  • The global search application now dynamically constructs redirect URLs using the {originPath} value, ensuring the correct origin path is applied based on the user's site rather than being hardcoded. This improvement resolves issues with the CTA and aligns the behavior with other applications like attestation and table
Line Chart
  • The line chart x-axis now correctly translates the "dateFormatString" to support culture-specific date formatting, ensuring dates are displayed in the desired format without errors or misalignments. This update enhances the user experience by allowing dates to be viewed in the preferred language and format.
  • The line chart now renders correctly even when one or more series are null, ensuring that users can always view the chart without errors. This update improves the chart's flexibility to handle various data scenarios, including null values.
