LONDON, 20 April 2026 — Kurtosys is accelerating its global growth plans with the appointment of Geneva Loader as Executive Director, Marketing and Growth. Geneva will lead the company’s brand, marketing and growth strategy across Europe, North America and the Middle East. The appointment strengthens the commercial growth function in London after the appointment of Simon Bray in February.

Kurtosys sits between an investment managers fund data infrastructure and the communications their clients receive, with governed AI workflows transforming feeds into investor reporting, regulatory documentation and digital experiences. The company is growing its global client base and investing in the commercial functions that support that growth.

Geneva brings over 15 years’ experience in senior marketing, growth and marketing technology roles across financial services and technology. She joins from Gresham, an enterprise data automation provider to the global financial services industry owned by private equity firm STG, where she was Chief Marketing Officer. At Gresham she was an early adopter of generative engine optimisation (GEO), developing the GEO use case across STG’s portfolio companies, advising marketing leaders across the group.

Before Gresham she was founding Chief Marketing Officer at Jacobi Asset Management, where she built the brand and institutional go-to-market strategy for Europe’s first Bitcoin ETF. Earlier roles include Bain & Company, Omnicom Media Group and Yahoo.

“Having researched Kurtosys thoroughly before joining, what stood out was the reputation it holds with global investment managers, which is rare in this market.” said Geneva Loader. “The platform is winning industry recognition, the clients see the team as a strategic partner, and the company has been deliberate about AI while others rushed. Having spent my career scaling digital marketing initiatives, I am eager to see how AI will shape the future of marketing and growth. This is the right moment to join the Kurtosys business as the team define the future of investor communications in an AI native world.”

Alongside marketing and growth, Geneva will lead a new Applied AI function at Kurtosys. The function will set the company’s Applied AI strategy, implementing new practices for clients and partners overlayed with internal process optimisation, to establish common standard across intersectional use cases.

“Growth is our priority this year, and we wanted to bring onboard a leader who understands our clients’ needs,” said Lee Godfrey, Chief Executive Officer of Kurtosys. “Geneva brings expertise in building financial services technology brands within private equity backed businesses under pressure to deliver pipeline growth and build awareness. Her enthusiasm to test and scale AI use cases spans past internal process and we believe can genuinely changes how our clients work. That is exactly what we need as we grow our offering to the international asset management community.”
