  • Support for Table Functions with Snowflake Sources (Minor)
    • Virtual datasets now support table functions with Snowflake sources, improving performance and flexibility. This enhancement enables client-managed computation, allowing users to leverage advanced data processing capabilities directly within their datasets.
  • Datasets | UDTF allow NULL values with optional parameters(Minor)
    • This release introduces the ability to use NULL values with optional parameters, enhancing flexibility in data handling when ingesting data with UDTFs from Snowflake.
DXM
  • Dynamic, rule-based impersonation permissions (Minor)
    • Allowing administrators to grant or revoke access based on user fields such as group, company, or role, which enhances security and flexibility. Additionally, the impersonation user search has been upgraded with a faceted search, making it easier for support and admin users to efficiently locate users by various criteria, significantly improving user management for large organisations.

  • User Impersonation > Admin rule-based configuration(Patch)
    • This release includes critical bug fixes for workflow and factsheet implementation, enhances admin rule-based configuration for user impersonation, and updates several services to improve system stability and functionality.
Reporting
  • Automate reporting workflows with approval steps (Minor)
    • Allowing processes to pause for approval and resume automatically, which streamlines reporting and ensures timely notifications for approvers. Users can now run the same workflow multiple times with different inputs, increasing flexibility and productivity. Key issues were resolved, including reliable approval request emails, accurate notifications for workflows with multiple approval steps, and improved document distribution to DocHub, all of which enhance workflow efficiency and user experience.

  • User Impersonation(Minor)
    • This release enhances the user impersonation feature by introducing a faceted search capability, allowing support and admin users to search for impersonation targets using multiple user fields such as username, email, role, company, or group. The user list view has been updated to a detailed table format, displaying username, email, role, company, and approval group, with an impersonate button included in each row. These improvements aim to increase efficiency and accessibility, particularly in environments with large user populations.

  • Classification of Reporting Assets | Workflow & Template Meta(Minor)
    • This release enhances the platform by extending the metadata system to support document templates and workflow entities. Users can now assign metadata to templates and workflows, enabling consistent classification and improved discoverability. This update ensures that assets can be organised and with a following release, users will be able to search through key artifacts using this meta property.

  • Record User Impersonation in Activity Logs(Minor)
    • This release enhances impersonation logging with defined test cases for impersonation ID, the ability to export activity and audit logs including the impersonator, and comprehensive audit coverage for key actions performed during impersonation. These improvements ensure accurate activity tracking, enhance audit capabilities, and provide clear visibility into actions performed under impersonation.
Studio for InDesign Plugin
  • Improved Table Styling for InDesign Plugin (Minor)
    • Components placed within tables in the InDesign Plugin now retain their intended styling, ensuring a consistent appearance even when content overflows. This enhancement prevents style loss and improves document reliability for users working with complex layouts.
  • Reliable Port Management in Concatenate Node (Patch)
    • Adjustments to the Concatenate node ensure that adding or removing ports is accurately reflected in the preview, and port numbering now follows a logical sequence. This fix streamlines template editing and reduces confusion, making node configuration more intuitive for users.
  • Consistent Footnote Node Port Numbering (Patch)
    • The Add Footnotes node now generates ports in a consistent order, starting at zero, and updates correctly when ports are added or removed. This change improves template reliability and aligns behaviour with user expectations, supporting smoother document creation and editing.
  • Enhanced document traceability (Minor)
    • By enabling reports to be tagged with configuration details as metadata or PDF properties, improving compliance and management. Workflow and SFI template versioning now provide users with clear history, safer dependency control, and consistent behaviour. Additionally, the Instance Comparison tool has been modernised for greater security, flexibility, and future growth.
  • Report Configuration Application(Minor)
    • This release introduces significant enhancements to report generation and configuration. Key updates include the implementation of a metadata concept for generated reports, allowing for better data management and audit capabilities.
