Improvements


Recently Released:

  • Observability Enhancements for permanent tokens (Patch):
    • This patch includes the implementation of more detailed logging for permanent tokens and their usage across inactive users and particular 2FA authentication flows.
  • Improved Entity Search for Multi-Value Properties (Patch):

    • Entity search now supports filtering on multi-value properties, ensuring accurate results and alignment with document search behaviour.

  • Improved versioning for Commentary Publication flows (Patch): 

    • Resolved an issue preventing updates from being saved on a draft commentary after it’s been published and revisited, ensuring that edits persist correctly across version history.

  • Sync Logic Updated for Salesforce Data (Minor): 

    • Syncing data to the Kurtosys Platform from Salesforce now handles the removal of entitlement values before additions.This prevents duplicates and ensures accurate preference mapping.

  • Automatic Sync and Cleanup of Merged Salesforce Data (Minor): 

    • Kurtosys now auto-detects and reflects merged Salesforce contacts/users by retaining only the merged record, removing outdated duplicates, preserving all data, and logging each removal for precise and reliable data alignment

  • Service Upgrades and Continuous improvements (Patch): 
    • This update will form part of our ongoing improvements to the Kurtosys Platform and related services. It includes package upgrades and continued enhancements to security.
