Highlights

Recently Released:
Data
  • Enhanced support for User-Defined Table Functions (Minor)
    • This release expands support for User-Defined Table Functions (UDTFs) with Snowflake sources, including the ability to generate queries, retrieve columns, and list available functions along with their metadata. Parameter mapping for computed sources is now validated at configuration time, reducing misconfiguration errors and improving overall reliability. In addition, a translation issue affecting the default culture has been resolved, ensuring more consistent and accurate translations for all users.
DXM
  • Document Notifications (Minor)
    • Document Notifications send users an email when new (and optionally updated) documents are added to the Document Hub. Client admins turn the feature on or off for the client and define one or more notification settings: each has a name, a schedule (frequency), filters by document type/metadata, and can be marked mandatory or optional. Notifications are run on a schedule via AWS EventBridge and SQS; the system only emails about documents that match each setting’s filters and that changed since the last run. End users can opt out of non-mandatory notifications from their profile, and mandatory notifications are always sent to users with access to the matching documents.
  • Distinguish New vs Updated Document Notifications (Minor)
    • Notifications now clearly indicate whether a document is new or updated, reducing confusion for recipients.
  • Global Email Templates for Document Notifications (Minor)
    • Administrators can set global email templates for document notifications, ensuring consistent and streamlined client communication.
  •  Support Dynamic Metadata in Email Subject and Body (Minor)
    • Email templates now support dynamic metadata, allowing notifications to display accurate, personalised details.
  • Client administrators can now configure document expiration (Minor)
    • In the new Document Expiration section, you can turn the feature on or off, choose which document metadata field is used for matching (e.g. document type), define rules that set expiration in days per metadata value, and set a default expiration in days for documents that don’t match any rule. Configuration is saved per client and is used by the document expiration process. Access is controlled by the Manage client's document expiration configuration permission.
  • IP rules let you control access to DXM WordPress sites by IP (Patch)
    • You can add, edit, and remove IP addresses in each IP rule group (up to 50 per group, IPv4/IPv6 and CIDR supported). This release supports updating those IP addresses in bulk by importing a CSV with columns “Name” and “IP Address”: the file is validated (required name and valid IP, no duplicates), and imported rows are merged into the selected group (matching by name updates the IP; new names add new entries). Changes are saved with the group and enforced via Cloudflare.
Documents
  • Enhancements to report configuration (Minor)
    • Including the ability to manually add fund-level analytics for richer client reports, advanced data manipulation using JSONata nodes in sub-templates, and a new hierarchy selection node for flexible inclusion logic. Users benefit from improved dataset tagging, multi-select tag assignment, and default states for boolean switches, while data visualisation is enhanced with formatted tables and conditional formatting. The release also includes a new version hierarchy service and comprehensive quality assurance, ensuring robust, user-friendly tools for efficient report setup and management.
  • The Document Hub now automatically versions documents (Patch)
    • Allowing users to track changes and access previous versions for better compliance and management. Accessibility has been improved with download status announcements for screen reader users and users can reliably download older document versions after replacements
Studio for InDesign Plugin
  • Upgrades to the InDesign Plugin from version 20 to 21 (Minor)
    • Allowing clients to choose their preferred version in settings for a smooth transition. Comprehensive testing in development and release environments confirmed that document generation, preview, and download remain consistent and reliable, ensuring minimal disruption for users.
Reporting
  • Permission to finish a reporting workflow on Kurtosys Application (Minor)
    • A new permission has been introduced to ensure only authorised users can manually finish a workflow. This change reduces the risk of workflows being closed prematurely, enhancing control and security for reporting processes.
  • Release Testing for AMP-2026.1.7 (Minor)
    • Comprehensive release testing was completed to validate recent updates, ensuring all new features and improvements function as intended and maintain system reliability.
  • Concurrent workflow execution enabled (Minor)
    • Users can now run the same workflow multiple times with different input values via the API, removing the need to wait for one run to finish before starting another. This enhancement increases efficiency and flexibility for bulk reporting and document processes.
  • Release testing completed (Minor)
    • Comprehensive testing was performed to ensure the stability and reliability of the new concurrent workflow execution feature, providing confidence in its performance and user experience.
Coming Soon (next 2 weeks):
Data
  • Support for Table Functions with Snowflake Sources (Minor)
    • Virtual datasets now support table functions with Snowflake sources, improving performance and flexibility. This enhancement enables client-managed computation, allowing users to leverage advanced data processing capabilities directly within their datasets.
DXM
  • Dynamic, rule-based impersonation permissions (Minor)
    • Allowing administrators to grant or revoke access based on user fields such as group, company, or role, which enhances security and flexibility. Additionally, the impersonation user search has been upgraded with a faceted search, making it easier for support and admin users to efficiently locate users by various criteria, significantly improving user management for large organisations.
Studio for InDesign Plugin
  • Improved Table Styling for InDesign Plugin (Minor)
    • Components placed within tables in the InDesign Plugin now retain their intended styling, ensuring a consistent appearance even when content overflows. This enhancement prevents style loss and improves document reliability for users working with complex layouts.
  • Reliable Port Management in Concatenate Node (Patch)
    • Adjustments to the Concatenate node ensure that adding or removing ports is accurately reflected in the preview, and port numbering now follows a logical sequence. This fix streamlines template editing and reduces confusion, making node configuration more intuitive for users.
  • Consistent Footnote Node Port Numbering (Patch)
    • The Add Footnotes node now generates ports in a consistent order, starting at zero, and updates correctly when ports are added or removed. This change improves template reliability and aligns behaviour with user expectations, supporting smoother document creation and editing.
  • Enhanced document traceability (Minor)
    • By enabling reports to be tagged with configuration details as metadata or PDF properties, improving compliance and management. Workflow and SFI template versioning now provide users with clear history, safer dependency control, and consistent behaviour. Additionally, the Instance Comparison tool has been modernised for greater security, flexibility, and future growth.
Reporting
  • Automate reporting workflows with approval steps (Minor)
    • Allowing processes to pause for approval and resume automatically, which streamlines reporting and ensures timely notifications for approvers. Users can now run the same workflow multiple times with different inputs, increasing flexibility and productivity. Key issues were resolved, including reliable approval request emails, accurate notifications for workflows with multiple approval steps, and improved document distribution to DocHub, all of which enhance workflow efficiency and user experience.
