    • Users can now update Data Loader configurations when file structures change, saving time and reducing manual effort. Editing is permission-based to ensure data integrity.
  • Improved Validation for Configuration Editing (Patch)
    • Name and description validation is now enforced during configuration edits, helping prevent errors and ensuring all details meet required standards.
DXM
  • Improved translation update detection for widgets (Patch)
    • The system now checks HTML, JS HTML, Advanced JS HTML, and Shortcode widgets for updates, ensuring translation status is accurately flagged as outdated when changes occur. This enhancement helps users maintain up-to-date translations across all relevant content types.
  • Improved Redirect Handling for Encoded URLs (Patch)
    • A new approach ensures that redirects in DXM now work reliably for URLs containing spaces and special characters. This update addresses previous failures where such redirects would not function, providing a smoother experience for users managing document and page links. The change is fully backward compatible and can be enabled per client, allowing for a safe and controlled rollout.
Documents
  • Bulk Download PDF File Name Creation (Patch)
    • The process for naming PDF files during bulk downloads has been improved. Now, only the workflow inputs visible to users are used in the file name, excluding hidden metadata. This prevents excessively long file names and ensures easier access to downloaded documents.
  • Document Expiration Configuration Enhancement(Minor)
    • Administrators can now configure document expiration rules based on document metadata values, allowing tailored lifecycle management for each document type. This improvement streamlines compliance and retention processes, ensuring documents are managed according to specific business requirements.
Platform
  • Impersonation Activity Tracking Enhancement (Minor)
    • Activity events are now generated when a user impersonation session starts and ends. This improvement ensures that all impersonation actions are clearly recorded, providing greater transparency and accountability for administrators monitoring user activity.
  • Improved configuration change clarity and bug fix (Patch)
    • The process for changing a client configuration from private to public now provides clearer guidance to users, ensuring required actions are well explained. A bug preventing this change when public app usage existed has been resolved, making configuration updates smoother.
  • Enhanced document download workflow (Patch)
    • The Document Production Centre now correctly downloads all generated documents in a workflow as a zip file from the In Progress tab, improving efficiency for users managing multiple documents. This ensures downloads reflect the correct document status for each workflow stage.
Studio for InDesign Plugin
  • Improved Workflow Performance and Cost Efficiency (Minor)
    • Workflows now automatically cache and deduplicate identical external actions, ensuring that repeated requests are executed only once. This enhancement significantly reduces processing time and API costs, resulting in faster and more efficient report generation.
  • Enhanced Page Suppression and Conditional Logic (Minor)
    • The reporting system now offers a reliable, UI-driven method for suppressing sections or pages based on business rules or content availability. This replaces the previous script-based approach, making report configuration more intuitive and robust.
  • Critical Bug Fix for Report Generation (Patch)
    • An issue affecting report layouts for a key client was resolved by refining how layout attributes are applied and merged. This fix restores expected output and improves reliability for all users, especially those using the InDesign Plugin.
  • Enhanced Version Control for Dataset and Report Configurations (Minor)
    • Users can now select and pin specific versions of datasets and report configurations in both the InDesign and Office Plugins. This ensures reproducible outputs and greater reliability by allowing workflows and tables to use known, stable versions rather than always defaulting to the latest.

Coming Soon (next 2 weeks):
Apps
  • Improved chart localisation for static text (Minor)
    • Charts now fully support translations for all static text, such as labels, headings, and helper text. This ensures that when users switch languages, all chart elements are consistently localised, providing a seamless experience for global audiences.
  • Consistent formatting for series labels in charts (Minor)
    • Series labels now support the same formatting and transformation options as axis labels. This update allows for uniform presentation of values across chart elements, making data easier to interpret and improving overall chart clarity.
  • Studio Apps Configuration Update (Minor)
    • A configuration update was made to the Studio Apps, ensuring that references and settings related to a previous client were fully removed. This change improves data accuracy and security for all users by eliminating outdated or unnecessary configurations.
Document Production
  • User Profile Notification Preferences (Minor)
    • The user profile interface now allows users to opt out of non-mandatory notifications. This enhancement gives users greater control over their notification preferences, making it easier to manage communications according to individual needs.
  • Admin Document Notification Configuration (Minor)
    • Administrators can now create, amend, and delete document notification configurations directly within the client settings interface. This update streamlines notification management, ensuring that notification settings can be tailored efficiently to meet organisational requirements.
  • Distribute individual documents when ready (Minor)
    • Automated workflows now allow documents to be distributed as soon as they are ready, rather than waiting for all documents in the workflow. This provides greater flexibility and speeds up delivery for document consumers, improving efficiency for reporting analysts.
DXM
  • Edit with Elementor Button Disabled on Product Page Templates (Patch)
    • The “Edit with Elementor” button is now hidden or disabled on master Product Page Templates where editing is unsupported, preventing accidental template duplication and ensuring product pages remain stable. This change benefits all users by maintaining template integrity and reducing the risk of unintentional disruptions.
Studio for Office Plugin
  • Enhanced dataset input flexibility for Office Plugin (Minor)
    • The Office Plugin now supports passing multiple identifiers as array inputs to datasets, enabling more efficient filtering and improved performance for large client reports. This update ensures scalability and a smoother experience when handling high volumes of data.
Studio for InDesign Plugin

    • Components placed within tables in the InDesign Plugin now retain their intended styling, ensuring a consistent appearance even when content overflows. This enhancement prevents style loss and improves document reliability for users working with complex layouts.
  • Reliable Port Management in Concatenate Node (Patch)
    • Adjustments to the Concatenate node ensure that adding or removing ports is accurately reflected in the preview, and port numbering now follows a logical sequence. This fix streamlines template editing and reduces confusion, making node configuration more intuitive for users.
  • Consistent Footnote Node Port Numbering (Patch)
    • The Add Footnotes node now generates ports in a consistent order, starting at zero, and updates correctly when ports are added or removed. This change improves template reliability and aligns behaviour with user expectations, supporting smoother document creation and editing.
  • Enhanced layout reliability for Studio for InDesign PlugIn (Patch)
    • The Studio For InDesign Plugin now ensures more consistent document styling by refining how grouped elements are handled. Recent improvements were carefully reviewed and adjusted to maintain seamless layouts across all client templates, resulting in a more reliable and visually consistent experience for users.
  • Workflow initiation with array data type inputs resolved (Minor)
    • Users can now successfully initiate workflows when using datasets with array-type inputs, ensuring smoother operations and eliminating previous errors that blocked workflow starts. This improvement enhances reliability for complex data-driven processes.
  • Enhanced dataset input flexibility for Office Plugin (Patch)
    • The Office Plugin now supports passing multiple identifiers as array inputs to datasets, enabling efficient filtering and improved performance for large-scale client reports. This update ensures scalability and a more streamlined reporting experience.
