  • Session Extension Endpoint Introduced (Minor)
    • A new endpoint has been added to allow applications to extend user login sessions seamlessly. This enhancement ensures users remain logged in for the duration of their session, improving convenience and reducing interruptions during critical workflows.
Data
  • Fund Manager Data Entitlement Alignment. (Minor)
    • Fund Manager data will now follow the same entitlement controls as other sensitive data, ensuring only authorized users can access or manage profiles. This enhancement closes visibility gaps and strengthens secure governance across multi-instance environments. The feature is introduced as an opt-in toggle at the client configuration level, so existing behavior remains unchanged unless enabled, minimizing risk and disruption. All entitlement rules, edge cases, and override scenarios will be fully documented to provide clarity and maintainability. These changes support robust access control, scalability, and performance improvements for the Fund Manager API.
  • Improved Data Handling in Datasets UI and API (Minor)
    • The Datasets interface and underlying processes have been enhanced to better manage placeholders, ensuring smoother user experience and more reliable data operations. This update reduces complexity and improves consistency across both the interface and automated processes.
  • Enhanced Disclaimer Filtering for Datasets (Minor) 
    • Users can now filter disclaimers in datasets using expanded API options, including segmentation tags and fund lists. This enhancement enables more precise and flexible filtering, improving usability for clients.
DXM
  • Taxonomy Count Accuracy Improved (Patch)
    • The method for displaying post counts in taxonomy filters has been corrected, ensuring that users now see accurate post numbers for each category. This change eliminates confusion and ensures that filter selections always display the correct posts, improving navigation and reliability for all users.
  • Improved Session Management for DXM Portal (Minor)
    • Users of the DXM Portal will now receive a prompt to extend their session before being logged out, ensuring uninterrupted access while actively working. This enhancement prevents abrupt session terminations, reducing the need for frequent reauthentication and improving the overall user experience.
  • Improved IP Rules Import Functionality
    • The process for importing IP address lists has been enhanced. Users can now export, edit, and re-import IP lists, with all changes additions, removals, and modifications accurately reflected in the system. This update streamlines IP management and reduces manual effort.

  • Improved Workflow Run Validation (Patch)
    • Enhanced the system to prevent duplicate workflow runs when multiple requests are made simultaneously. This update reduces the risk of errors during automated processes, ensuring smoother and more reliable workflow management for users.

  • Transaction Explorer - Improved CSV Export for Special Characters (Patch)
    • CSV files exported from the Transaction Explorer now use the UTF-8 format, ensuring special characters display correctly in Excel. This enhancement improves data accuracy and compatibility for users working with international characters.
  • User Context App - Enhanced Keyboard Accessibility for Dropdown Menus (Patch)
    • Dropdown menus can now be accessed and navigated using the keyboard, supporting tab, arrow, enter, and escape keys. This update makes the platform more accessible and user-friendly for all users, including those relying on keyboard navigation.
Document Production
  • Bulk Download PDF File Name Creation (Patch)
    • The process for naming PDF files during bulk downloads has been improved. Now, only the workflow inputs visible to users are used in the file name, excluding hidden metadata. This prevents excessively long file names and ensures easier access to downloaded documents.
  • Enhanced document download workflow (Patch)
    • The Document Production Centre now correctly downloads all generated documents in a workflow as a zip file from the In Progress tab, improving efficiency for users managing multiple documents. This ensures downloads reflect the correct document status for each workflow stage.
  • Date Handling Improvement in Workflow Initiation (Patch)
    • The process for initiating workflow runs now correctly handles date values by converting them to UTC, preventing mismatches caused by time zone differences. This ensures that selected dates are accurately reflected throughout the workflow, improving reliability for users working across different regions.
DXM
  • Clearer User Experience for Content Updates (Patch)
    • Updates now ensures that any content changes, including widget updates, prompt appropriate translation and sharing actions. This enhancement streamlines workflows and supports a more intuitive experience for clients managing multilingual content.
Studio for Office Plugin
  • Consistent Footnote Node Port Numbering (Patch)
    • The Add Footnotes node now generates ports in a consistent order, starting at zero, and updates correctly when ports are added or removed. This change improves template reliability and aligns behaviour with user expectations, supporting smoother document creation and editing.
  • Improved Table Styling (Minor)
    • Components placed within tables in the plugin now retain their intended styling, ensuring a consistent appearance even when content overflows. This enhancement prevents style loss and improves document reliability for users working with complex layouts.
  • Reliable Port Management in Concatenate Node (Patch)
    • Adjustments to the Concatenate node ensure that adding or removing ports is accurately reflected in the preview, and port numbering now follows a logical sequence. This fix streamlines template editing and reduces confusion, making node configuration more intuitive for users.
Studio for InDesign Plugin
  • Enhanced layout reliability for Studio for InDesign Plugin (Patch)
    • The Studio For InDesign Plugin now ensures more consistent document styling by refining how grouped elements are handled. Recent improvements were carefully reviewed and adjusted to maintain seamless layouts across all client templates, resulting in a more reliable and visually consistent experience for users.
Studio UI
  • Improved client configuration (Patch)
    • The process for changing a client configuration from private to public now provides clearer guidance to users, ensuring required actions are well explained. A bug preventing this change when public app usage existed has been resolved, making configuration updates smoother.
  • Enhanced document download workflow (Patch)

System Administration
  • Impersonation Activity Tracking Enhancement (Minor)
    • Activity events are now generated when a user impersonation session starts and ends. This improvement ensures that all impersonation actions are clearly recorded, providing greater transparency and accountability for administrators monitoring user activity.
