A great opportunity has arisen for a talented web designer to work within our design team based in Wimbledon. The right candidate will get to work with major financial clients as well as gain the experience from working alongside our highly skilled development team.
The role will require you to:
- Design stunning, user friendly websites from scratch
- Manage large client sites and portals
- Produce visuals and wireframes (web and mobile)
- Build working prototypes
- Attend client meetings and liaise with blue-chip clients
Skills required:
- Ability to hand-code HTML & CSS to a high standard
- Javascript (jQuery)
- CMS integration (any, but WordPress theming a plus)
- Mobile UI experience
- Adobe CS (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver +Fireworks)
To be considered for this Web Designer role, you will ideally be degree educated (or equivalent) with 2-3 years experience within a web design environment. Working with financial clients an advantage.
The successful candidate will have good communication (verbal, written and interpersonal), presentation and administration skills, with excellent business acumen and a willingness to learn.
