Discovery phase
The start of the journey and a pre-requisite for every project, our discovery phase is a vital step to ensure that both you and Kurtosys have fully explored the project scope, assessing all business and non-functional requirements.
Definition phase
During the definition phase, we’ll use case studies and story points to capture application usage, assess data structure, design and validation and complete a configuration checklist to ensure that you and Kurtosys agree upon project deliverables, costs and timescales.
Development phase
Our reputation for swift implementation relies on Agile development practices which we’ve adopted to ensure that projects are delivered within deadline, often in record time. Our approach emphasises incremental software development and testing to deliver rapid, quality deliverables and it is during this stage that solutions will be delivered to UAT, ready for rigorous client testing and feedback.
